  For the best experience, we recommend:
  - Minimum Speed: 20 Mbps
  - For 8K Content: 50 Mbps or higher

• If your connection is slow, try restarting your router or connecting to a different network.
• Make sure your Wi-Fi router has a clear line of sight to your headset (with no walls, mirrors, or other obstacles in between) and supports Wi-Fi 6 or newer.

2. Update Your Apps and Devices

• Make sure your VR headset and any related software (e.g., DeoVR) are updated to the latest versions.
• Check the app store or official websites for updates.
• Restart your device after installing updates.

3. Check Compatibility

• Ensure your device is supported by SLR. Refer to the Supported Devices guide for details.
• If you are using WebXR, ensure your browser supports immersive VR playback.

4. Check extensions/modes

• In case you have some extensions/special modes, try turning them off.
