Payments and Order IDs
When you make a payment on SLR, the transaction is processed through a Payment Service Provider (PSP). This means that SLR does not handle payments directly.
What happens after your payment?
Once your payment is completed, your Payment Service Provider will send you a confirmation email. This email typically includes:
- Your order or transaction details
- A unique order/transaction/merchant order ID (the exact name may vary depending on the provider)
Order/transaction/merchant order ID contains only numbers.
Why is the order/transaction ID important?
If you need to contact our support team, please include your order/transaction ID in your message. This helps us locate your payment quickly and assist you more efficiently.
Can’t find your order/transaction ID?
Your order/transaction ID is issued and stored by your Payment Service Provider.
If you can’t find it:
- Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for the payment confirmation
- Contact your Payment Service Provider directly for assistance
