Please note that unless the account email is verified, you won't be able to spend any tokens.
Firstly, check your inbox, spam folder, and Promotions folder for the verification email.
- If you have received the verification email but the verification link doesn't work, please submit a new request to the support team. In your request, send a screenshot of the issue when you open the link and the link itself from the address bar. Don't forget to specify the browser and device you're using. The more detailed the information you provide, the faster we can help you.
- If the verification email hasn't arrived, please do not request it repeatedly, as it won't help. Instead, please submit a request to our support team for help.
How to submit a new request
1. Open the support request form.
2. Fill out the form with accurate information.
- Select Account Help > Other account questions in the Please choose your question below field
- Enter your SLR username in the SLR account username field
3. Describe your problem and provide additional information in the Description field. Add the verification link from the verification email, specify your browser and device, and attach a screenshot of the issue.
4. After filling in all the necessary information, please click the Submit button. The support team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
