This log helps us understand what’s happening behind the scenes when the issue occurs.
Follow the steps below based on the browser you’re using:
🧭 Google Chrome
Open the page where the issue happens.
Press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) / Cmd + Option + I (Mac).
Click the Console tab.
Reproduce the issue (reload or perform the action that causes the error).
Right-click anywhere in the console → select “Save as…” or “Copy all messages.”
Share the saved file or paste the copied text when replying to support.
🦊 Mozilla Firefox
Open the page with the problem.
Press Ctrl + Shift + K (Windows) / Cmd + Option + K (Mac).
Make sure the Console tab is open.
Reproduce the issue.
Right-click in the console → Select All → Copy.
Paste the copied log or save it to a file and send it to support.
🪟 Microsoft Edge
Go to the page where you saw the error.
Press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I to open Developer Tools.
Click on the Console tab.
Reproduce the issue.
Right-click → Save as... or Copy all messages.
Send the file or paste the log in your reply.
🍎 Safari (Mac)
Open Safari > Preferences > Advanced and enable “Show Develop menu in menu bar.”
Open the page with the issue.
Press Cmd + Option + C to open the console.
Reproduce the issue.
Select all logs → Copy or Save.
